- How are readings delivered?
- After you place your order on Etsy, Alex sends you a private link via Etsy Messages where you can submit your question and details. Once your reading is prepared, the final reading is delivered through the same private link — you can view it anytime.
- How long does it take to receive my reading?
- Depending on the current reading volume, your reading is usually ready within a few hours or the same day. During busy periods it may take up to 24–48 hours, but you'll always be notified.
- What is the difference between a tarot reading and a psychic reading?
- A tarot reading uses the cards as a mirror to give you a structured, traceable answer to a specific question. A psychic reading is more open-ended and intuitive — it tunes into the energy around your situation rather than following a fixed deck structure. Both are personal and prepared by Alex.
- Are the readings personal or generic?
- Every reading is written individually for you, based on your question, your name, and the focus you share. Alex does not use templates or pre-written paragraphs. Your reading is yours alone.
- What kind of questions can I ask?
- You can ask about love, relationships, career, decisions, transitions, creative projects, or simply ask for guidance on a feeling you can't quite name. Specific, honest questions tend to produce the most useful readings.
- Can I ask a follow-up question after my reading?
- Yes. If something in your reading raises a follow-up, message Alex through Etsy and a short clarification is usually possible within the same session. Larger new questions are best served by a new reading.
- Are tarot readings predictions of the future?
- No. Tarot is used here as a reflective tool — it describes the current emotional and energetic shape of your situation, what's quietly influencing it, and what the next honest step might be. The future is shaped by what you choose to do with that clarity.
- Is my reading private?
- Yes. Your question, your name, and your reading are kept private. Readings are delivered through a private link only you can access, and your information is never shared.
- What languages are available?
- Readings are available in English and Turkish. You can choose your preferred language when you submit your question.
- Are these readings a substitute for therapy or medical advice?
- No. Tarot and psychic readings are reflective and supportive, but they are not a replacement for professional mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you're going through a serious challenge, please reach out to a qualified professional.
